After 10 years as General Manager of the Whistler Mountain Ski Club and Administrator/Event Planner of Whistler Cup International Children’s Race, Lynne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Those of you who know her from her years of dedicated work at the ski club will be happy to know that she brings the same passion and drive to her career in real estate. Julie and I are very happy with the sale of our Whistler house, 2773 Coyote Place. Coyote place is a special part of Whistler, 15-30 minutes closer to Vancouver than most Whistler locations, 3 minutes to free Creekside parking for skiing and on a quiet, family-oriented cul-de-sac. Jeff and Lynne Hume fully understood the advantages of Coyote Place and when you package the location with a superbly built RDC FINE Homes cabinet quality house you have a very special environment in which to live. Jeff and Lynne understood this immediately and worked as a team on the marketing strategy to present 2773 in the most attractive way. This included refinishing outside and inside, sprucing up the land scaping and assuring all technical aspects of the house were in good working order. In addition, a video was created with Bob Deeks, the builder, featuring the special qualities of the house and a picture show was available on the internet. Working with Jeff and Lynne was very harmonious and included ongoing advice on the Whistler real estate market and the pricing strategy most likely to attract serious buyers. The house received a solid offer in September some 75 days after being on the market which for a house of this size and value was very reassuring. It has been a rewarding and happy experience working with Jeff and Lynne who are both quietly very professional in their approach to real estate sales.
